Through its
Code of Professional Practice, ESCA provides assurance that
recruitment consulting assignments undertaken by its member
companies operate to similar standards of professionalism,
objectivity and thoroughness which characterise other
management consultancy activities.
Each ESCA
member company agrees to provide the following level of
service to its clients.
- Set out,
after meeting with the Client, a proposed recruitment
strategy; the nature and scope of the services to be
provided, the projected timescale of each assignment and
the fee structure.
- Draft a
Recruitment Brief outlining the understanding of the
Client organisation and its environment; detailing the
responsibilities and accountabilities of the position to
be filled, and identifying the competencies and experience
which successful candidates should possess.
- Comunicate
with the Client on a regular basis during the assignment,
providing progress reports as required.
